This role will be helping recruit positions within Client's Technical Operations division. Given this, it's paramount that this person has airline knowledge and experience, specifically Maintenance/Technical Operations. They should have a broad understanding of avionics engineering, power plant engineering, reliability, AOG, structures, interiors, and maintenance programs. They should have a network with MROs, OEMs, and other airlines. 


Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees. 

Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status. 

Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. 

Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. 

Performs a variety of tasks. 

A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. 

Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. 


Required 

Must have airline knowledge and experience, specifically Maintenance/Technical Operations. 

Should have a broad understanding of avionics engineering, power plant engineering, reliability, AOG, structures, interiors, and maintenance programs. 

Should have a network with MROs, OEMs, and other airlines. 

Minimum of 5 years' recruiting experience. Bachelor's degree. 


Preferred 

Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR). 

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter. 

Experience with Taleo strongly preferred. 


Job type: Contract

Contract duration: 4 Months

Desired start date: 07/19/2019 (Still available at this time)

Pay rate: $ 31 - $ 33 per hour (depending on experience)
