Job Overview and Responsibilities


The Recruiting Representative role is responsible for supporting various strategic initiatives within the TA department. The Recruiting Representative will work with various stakeholders across the organization, engage with both operational leaders and senior leaders within the organization to execute the position request process within the agreed upon SLA’s.

Coordinate with team members from talent acquisition, compensation and HR technology to process position requests and approvals.Provide overall administrative support to Talent Acquisition team members, including records management, and scheduling.Being comfortable working together with hiring managers in all positions domestically and globally.Partnering with other TA coordinators/representatives who support (e.g. monthly approver lists, updates on process changes, etc.)Collaborate with team members from Talent Acquisition and other HR groups to continuously improve position request and approval processes.Creating training guides for old/new processes (PowerPoint, Word, etc.)


Education

High school diploma required

Bachelor's degree preferred

Six Sigma preferred


Knowledge/Skills

Recruiting processes and applicant tracking software (e.g., Taleo and OBI) required

Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations preferred

Excellent written and oral communication skills required

Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt quickly to a changing environment required

Ability to work with cross functional groups and understand different business needs required

Strong relationship building skills required

Proficient in Microsoft office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) required

Customer service principles and best practices required

Time management and organizational skills required

Attention to detail and data entry skills required

Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position


Experience

3 or more years of customer service, data entry, or related administrative experience required

1 or more years human resources experience highly desired

3 or more years of staffing experience required

Experience with project management or process improvement required


Other

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications

Job type: Contract

Contract duration: 4 Months

Desired start date: 07/26/2019

Pay Rate: $ 21- $ 23 per Hour (Depending on experience)
